Our gear is made for lawn lovers of all kinds — dads, grandpas, mowing crews, landscapers, and anyone who takes pride in crisp lines and fresh-cut humor.


📏 How do I choose the right size?

We use standard sizing charts provided by our printing partners. Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


🔄 What’s your return & refund policy?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size or buyer’s remorse.

However, we’ll gladly replace or refund items if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong size, design, or color
  • There is a manufacturing or printing error

To initiate a return, email us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@lawnlifethreads.com with:

  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

 

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days

U.S. shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after processing

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


👕 Can I customize a shirt for my crew or business?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts and co-branded designs for landscaping companies and lawn crews.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international shipping soon.


🧼 How should I wash my apparel?

For long-lasting prints:

  • Wash inside out with cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid ironing directly over designs

Yes — our store is hosted on Shopify and uses encrypted checkout with trusted payment providers to ensure your personal and payment data is secure.

📍 Where are you located?

Lawn Life Threads is based in Hudson, Wisconsin. All apparel is designed in-house and printed through U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
