At Lawn Life Threads, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives with a defect or error.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

• Your item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item, size, or color
• There is a manufacturing or printing issue

To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at customerservice@lawnlifethreads.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the product and any damage

We’ll review your request and respond quickly to resolve it.

🚫 We cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Color or design preference after placing the order

Because each item is custom printed, it cannot be restocked or resold.
